The adapter connects the vehicle's Dual Fakra twin connector to an aftermarket radio antenna input and enables phantom power for the original vehicle antenna amplifier. The adapter's separate power lead must also be connected according to the radio installation instructions for phantom power to work.

Includes the Dual Fakra phantom-power antenna adapter shown in the photographs. Radio and vehicle antenna are not included.
