Connection and compatibility
A compatible Android car stereo and a suitable USB-DVR application are required. The manufacturer lists XTRONS IA, ID, IM, IP, IQ, IX, PX, UA, QA, QB, QD, QL, QG, QIR, QT and QW series. Having a USB port alone does not establish compatibility. For other stereos, including Alpine, request model-specific confirmation before ordering. This is not a standalone screen-equipped recorder or a phone-operated Wi-Fi dash cam.
