Connection and configuration
The camera supports AHD 1080p (1920 × 1080) and CVBS video. Change the format by cutting the designated loop wire. The radio’s camera input setting must match the camera output. Check the markings for this specific camera before cutting; do not assume wire functions from their colours.
Connect the RCA video plug to the radio’s CAM-IN input. The camera requires an appropriate power connection, and the radio’s reverse input requires a reverse-gear trigger. Connection is Plug&Play with an aftermarket radio that has the correct camera input and wiring; electrical connections must still follow the installation instructions.
This is not a direct Plug&Play connection to the vehicle’s original factory radio. Integration with an original screen may require a separate adapter or interface module and configuration by a technician.

Can TXREA transmit the picture wirelessly?
Yes. The separately sold TXREA supports AHD1080 and CVBS video and replaces the long video cable with a transmitter and receiver. The camera and both modules still need power. The radio must support the selected video format.
Does the price include VAT?
Yes, the displayed price includes 24% VAT. We can invoice a VAT-registered business in another EU country without Estonian VAT where the conditions for an intra-community supply are met, the invoice is paid from the invoiced company’s bank account and the parcel is shipped to the company’s address.
