9″ Android screen installation kit for Ford Transit 2013–2018
This vehicle-specific AutoDIGI installation kit is designed to fit a 9-inch Android multimedia screen. Compatibility: Ford Transit (2013–2018). The fascia adapts a compatible screen to the dashboard, while the wiring harness connects it to the original radio connectors.
9494B · Small upper display and CD player
9494B fits the Ford Transit 2013–2018 dashboard version with a small upper factory display and a CD player built into the original radio. The CD slot is above the keypad. Compare the panel, disc slot and upper display with the fitment image.
Before ordering, send the vehicle year and a photo of the complete original radio including the upper dashboard area to info@autodigi.ee. The large factory screen with different controls, marked with a cross, requires a separate kit.
B-version installation condition · PASSENGER AIRBAG indicator
If the passenger-airbag status indicator is at the top of the keypad below the CD slot, the fascia and radio otherwise fit, but installation requires a custom solution. Disconnecting the original keypad module may leave the airbag-system fault lamp illuminated in the instrument cluster. There is no ready-made Plug & Play solution for this equipment version. The installer must retain the original module’s required electrical connection and ensure that the status indicator remains visible and the system operates correctly. A qualified installer must determine module positioning and connections and check the airbag system with diagnostics after installation.
Kit contents and fascia version
The kit includes a fascia for a 9″ screen and a wiring harness. The screen side uses a standard 16PIN connector, while the vehicle side has connections compatible with the original radio plugs. If the radio communicates with the vehicle over CAN-bus, the required CAN-bus adapter is included.
Steering wheel controls and original functions
With a compatible Android screen, the wiring harness supports retaining steering wheel controls and most basic vehicle functions. Exact support depends on the original vehicle equipment, the selected screen and its settings.

How can I be sure this installation kit fits my vehicle (Ford Transit)?
Attach a photo of the original radio with the screen switched on to your order. Include the vehicle year and let us know whether it has a factory camera or a separate amplifier. We use these details to check compatibility and select the required wiring harness.
Will the steering wheel controls in my vehicle (Ford Transit) still work?
The kit supports existing steering wheel controls with a compatible Android screen. The correct CAN-bus settings may need to be selected, or the buttons may need to be assigned in the screen settings. Support for individual buttons and special functions depends on the original system.
Can I retain the original camera in my vehicle (Ford Transit)?
Kits with a CAN-bus adapter can retain the original reversing camera in many cases. The camera type, connection and screen video input must be checked against the vehicle equipment. Some systems require an additional adapter.
Is a screen included, and which screens are compatible?
An Android screen is not included. The fascia is intended for an aftermarket 9″ Android screen with a suitable housing and mounting points. In addition to the screen diagonal, the housing dimensions, mounting points and 16PIN connector pinout must match. If you already have a screen, send us its model or a photo of the back.
